Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of myG Offers: the offers, rewards, and exchange programme operated by myG across its stores in Kerala and Mangaluru. By browsing myG Offers, signing in with your mobile number, or claiming an offer, you agree to the terms below. Last updated 17 July 2026.
Programme eligibility
myG Offers is open to individual customers shopping at participating myG stores in Kerala and Mangaluru. You must sign in with a valid Indian mobile number to view your personal rewards balance, save offers, or reserve an exchange value; browsing published offers does not require sign-in.
One mobile number represents one customer account. Rewards points, vouchers, and exchange history are tied to that number and are not transferable to another person or account.
Offers
Offers shown on myG Offers may be statewide, limited to a district, or limited to a single store. The eligibility and validity window for each offer is stated on its detail page. Prices, stock, and eligibility are confirmed at the billing counter of the relevant store at the time of purchase.
An offer claimed through the site or app reserves your eligibility for that offer; it is not a purchase and does not reserve stock. myG may withdraw or amend an offer before its stated end date if the underlying stock or supplier terms change, and will not apply a withdrawn offer retroactively to a completed purchase.
Loyalty points
You earn 2 points for every ₹100 spent in-store at a participating myG store, credited to your wallet against your mobile number. Points earned on a purchase remain valid for 24 months from the date they are credited, after which unredeemed points expire.
Points can be redeemed for a rupee-value voucher at a 1:1 rate, subject to a minimum redemption of 250 points and a maximum of 20% of your current available balance per transaction. If a purchase that earned points is later returned, the associated points are reversed from your wallet, and any voucher already issued from those points is cancelled.
Birthday, anniversary, and welcome vouchers are issued automatically based on your profile and purchase history. They are separate from points-based redemption and are not earned or purchased with points.
Exchange
The exchange programme provides an estimated base value range for eligible mobiles, laptops, and TVs, based on the model, age, and condition you report. myG adds a separate bonus amount on top of the base value for qualifying trade-ins toward a new purchase.
The value range and bonus shown before you visit a store are estimates, not a guaranteed payout. Your final exchange value is confirmed only after a physical inspection of the device at the store, which checks screen and body condition, battery health, and whether the device powers on and functions normally. myG may decline an exchange, or offer a value below the estimated range, if the device’s actual condition differs materially from what was reported, or if the device is reported lost or stolen.
Vouchers
Vouchers issued through myG Offers, whether from points redemption or as a birthday, anniversary, welcome, or milestone gift, are valid only at the myG store selected at the time of issue, and only until their stated expiry date. Redemption vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date they are issued.
Each voucher carries a minimum spend requirement shown on the voucher itself and can be applied only once, in full, against a single qualifying purchase. Vouchers have no cash value outside the stated purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with each other in a single transaction.
Account & data
Signing in requires only your mobile number and a one-time code sent to that number: myG Offers does not use passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to your registered mobile number secure, since it is the sole means of accessing your rewards, vouchers, and exchange history.
Your preferred store, district, and language are saved to your account so offers and store information can be shown relevant to where you shop. Changes to these terms
myG may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to the offers, rewards, or exchange programme. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use myG Offers after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
